US encouraging Pakistani students to study in USA US Public Affairs Officers Brinille Eliane Ellis has said that encouraging Pakistani students to study in the United States is one of their top priorities and it is a great way to promote better understanding between the two countries.

He was addressing at the two-day US-funded South Asian US College education fair organized at Forman Christian College. The representatives provide the information to the students of Punjab especially from Lahore about student life and studying opportunities in the United States.

The representatives from the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana, and the Educational Credential Evaluators from Milwaukee, Wisconsin joined the tour to explain the unique advantages of a US university education.

US Education organized this South Asian annual education fair for the second time. Last year, US university representatives toured across the region from Sri Lanka to Bangladesh to Nepal and then to Pakistan.  The program was successful that it was repeated again this year.
