Several People have been killed while several others including women and children have been injured in a blast in the Badaber area on the outskirts of Peshawar.

The bomb which was placed in a car exploded near Scheme Chowk located on Kohat road. Six shops located in the area have been destroyed as the result of the blast.

Police and the bomb disposal squad have arrived at the site of the blast.
